Anyone can SUP (Stand Up Paddleboard)
How you ask? Could it be possible? Of course! With SUPing! Stand Up Paddle Boarding. Originating in the Polynesian islands around 1950, the sport started gaining popularity during the last decade on the west coast and in Hawaii. SUP’s discovered the longer paddles were a great alternative to standard length paddles for added control. SUP’s have since evolved to include; recreational paddling, fishing and competitive racing.
All you need to do after scheduling your tour is to show up at our marina at your appointed time. No hauling of equipment, hydration or sustenance. Our tug boat base camp offers transportation to the launch site, instruction, equipment, and our own oasis of relaxation, a light snack or boxed lunch and plenty of fluids to keep you energized throughout your tour. We also offer the option of taking the boards off-site with a deposit.
$20.00 per hour per board (must demonstrate basic knowledge)
$50.00 half day
$90.00 whole day
Off site removal of board will require a deposit.
$30.00 includes a 15 minute introductory lesson including; water safety, basic paddle techniques including stance, paddle stroke, turning and one hour of paddle time.
